How long do I have on the Pilot?

Do I need a credit card to start?

Yes, for Solo and Pro: your card is charged at checkout. The Pilot doesn't require a card at all.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Solo and Pro, billed monthly or annually, are subscriptions you can cancel anytime from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and then your account is read-only. If you don't resubscribe, your events archive 90 days after cancellation and are permanently deleted after 12 months. Resubscribing at any point restores everything.

What happens after 100 AI-analysed leads on the Pilot?

Capture is never limited. After 100 AI-analysed leads, Rev stops analysing new ones, so they won't get a summary, priority or follow-up draft until you upgrade. Your billing page shows how many have been analysed.

Question 5

What happens to my pilot event if I don't upgrade?

Accepted Answer

That's a separate clock from your 14-day trial: your event stays fully usable for 14 days after it ends, whichever day that falls on. After that, if you haven't started a paid plan, it's archived: safely kept, but hidden from your workspace. Start a paid plan within 6 months to restore it automatically; after that it's permanently deleted.

Where is my data stored, and is it secure?

BoothRev is owned and operated by UserINNOV in the Netherlands and built to be GDPR-compliant. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, business card scans are processed on-device (the image never reaches our servers), and a Data Processing Agreement is available on request.

What support do I get, and how fast?

Accepted Answer

Every plan gets the same support. Email for anything that can wait, and live WhatsApp support for reps while your event is running. A rep stuck mid-event needs a real answer, not a ticket in a queue. Tap the WhatsApp icon in the mobile app and you're straight through to a person.

Can I use BoothRev with Claude on the Pilot?

Not on the Pilot. Solo can connect Claude or another MCP client to read BoothRev, and Pro and Enterprise can read and update it. Connecting your CRM so Rev can enrich leads with account context is an Enterprise feature. The Pilot gives you the same capture and qualification experience, plus full CSV export.

What's the Rev limit on Solo and Pro?

Solo analyses up to 400 leads a year with Rev, and Pro up to 1,000. Each lead counts once in each 12-month period, and re-running analysis on it within that period is free. Capture is never limited. The period resets on your subscription's anniversary.

Can I add my team later if I start on Solo?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Solo is for one person, so inviting a teammate takes you to Pro. Upgrade from your billing page at any time: you pay the difference straight away, and your events, leads and Rev history carry over.
