Terms of Service
Last updated: October 20, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of BoothRev's mobile application and web platform (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a Pilot, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent (the "Customer").
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Who we are
BoothRev is owned and operated by UserINNOV (KVK: 94867380), registered in the Netherlands (referred to as "we", "our", or "us"). For how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
For questions about these Terms, contact general@boothrev.com.
3. The Service
BoothRev is a lead capture and follow-up platform for revenue teams at live events: a mobile app for offline-first lead capture at events, and a web app for lead management, event setup, reporting, and admin.
4. Accounts and the Pilot
- Signing up starts a Pilot: 1 event, 2 team members, Rev analysis of 100 leads, 14 days from signup, no payment card required. Capturing leads isn't limited. Your Pilot event must start and end within that 14-day window.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at sign-up and for activity under your account.
- When the 14-day Pilot ends, the account moves to a read-only state. Separately, if your Pilot event isn't upgraded, it is archived 14 days after the event ends (its own clock, not the Pilot's) and eventually deleted on the schedule described in our Privacy Policy (Section 7) — start a paid plan within the restore window to keep it.
5. Plans and pricing
Beyond the Pilot, BoothRev offers Solo and Pro, each billed monthly or annually, and Enterprise, agreed by contract.
- Solo is for one user. It includes unlimited events, Rev analysis of up to 400 leads in each 12-month period, one territory, one line of business and one segment, and read-only Claude and MCP access. It does not include additional team members, named accounts or Portfolio dashboards.
- Pro includes unlimited events, five team members (including any field marketing manager), Rev analysis of up to 1,000 leads in each 12-month period, 50 named accounts, one territory, one line of business and one segment, Portfolio dashboards, and Claude and MCP access.
- Enterprise includes unlimited events, team members, Rev analysis, named accounts, territories, lines of business and segments, Key Accounts, the event owner role, and CRM enrichment. Its terms are set out in the order form.
Capturing leads is unlimited on every plan, and there is no per-seat or per-lead charge. For current pricing, talk to sales.
BoothRev may also sell a single-event plan, arranged directly with BoothRev. It covers one event of up to 7 days, unlimited team members, Rev analysis of up to 300 leads for that event, and access for 30 days from purchase. Its archive and deletion rules are in our Privacy Policy (Section 7).
Prices for Solo, Pro and Enterprise may be changed for future renewals, with notice. A discount applied to a subscription lasts for the period it was given for, then renews at the list price unless we agree otherwise.
6. Billing, payment, and renewal
- Paid plans are billed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our payment processor and merchant of record, who handles payment collection, sales tax/VAT, and invoicing. By subscribing, you authorise Paddle to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable plan price.
- Solo and Pro are subscriptions, billed monthly or annually, that renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can switch between monthly and annual billing, manage your payment method, or cancel at any time from your billing page's Customer Portal. Upgrading from Solo to Pro takes effect immediately, and the prorated difference for the rest of the billing period is charged at once.
- If a subscription payment fails, your account moves to a read-only state until payment is resolved. We'll email you and show a banner with a link to update your payment method.
7. Cancellation and refunds
- Refund window: you may request a full refund within 14 days of any purchase by emailing general@boothrev.com. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. A refund on a single-event purchase ends your access to that event immediately. A refund on a Solo or Pro subscription does not change your access on its own; cancel the subscription to end it.
- Cancelling a subscription: Solo and Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your billing page's Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which the account moves to a read-only state with the option to resubscribe.
- Data after cancellation: your account remains read-only after cancellation takes effect. If you don't resubscribe, your event and lead data is later archived and eventually deleted on the schedule described in our Privacy Policy (Section 7).
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party (including the people whose contact details you capture as leads);
- Upload or transmit malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- Resell or provide the Service to third parties outside your organisation without our written consent.
You are responsible for ensuring that your organisation's use of the Service, including any lead data you capture, complies with applicable data protection law (see our Privacy Policy for how BoothRev processes that data on your behalf).
9. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance, to address security issues, or where required by law, and we'll aim to give reasonable notice where practical.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoothRev's total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Dutch law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify account admins by email or via the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms and don't remedy the breach within a reasonable period after notice. Upon termination, the data retention terms in our Privacy Policy apply.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.
